Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in Ondevan Campervan’s vehicles. A $250 cleaning fee will automatically be charged to the renter’s credit card if there is evidence that smoking occurred inside our vehicles
Pets:
A $100 pet fee is required for cleaning services and should be paid before the pickup of the vehicle. Otherwise this fee will automatically be charged to the renter’s credit before or after your trip
Drivers:
Additional drivers are free, but must be approved and listed on the Rental Agreement in order to drive the Campervan. Therefore make sure you add all drivers after you complete your booking. If you need assistance please email Julio at julio@ondevancampervan.com
Drivers must be 25 years of age or over
The consumption of alcohol while operating any vehicle is prohibited, as is driving under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, and impairing drugs (recreational or prescription).
Give us a call or text us 1 hour prior to your arrival (for pickups and returns) to ensure a team member is available to meet you at the campervan rental location.
You may take your Campervan to any state or province in the US and Canada without penalty. Travel into Mexico is prohibited
Drivers have to be aware of where they park our campervans. Vehicle parking tickets or violations issued to Ondevan Campervan will be collected automatically from customer’s credit or debit cards on file.
Operations:
All of our rental vans have gasoline engines. Always double check that you’re using the correct fuel for your van. In the US, diesel fuel will have a green pump, and gasoline (petrol) will have a black pump.
Always return the campervan with the same fuel amount as delivered. Each extra missing fuel gallon will cost $5 + taxes.
Pick up and drop off has to be in our location of Hallandale Beach, Florida if dropped at another location charges will be automatically applied.
Mileage:
Your campervan rental does not include free miles. Make sure you purchase one of our affordable mileage packages during the check-out process
Our mileage packages are as follows:
100 miles = $25.00/each
200 miles = $45.00/each
Unlimited miles = $45/day (It only applies for bookings or 14 days or more)
Excess mileage beyond any package will be charged $0.35 per mile. If no package is pre-purchased a $0.35 per mile will be charge at the end of your roadtrip
Insurance:
– The Essential and Peace of Mind insurance packages have a deductible of $500
– Windshield replacement is subject to a deductible of $500 under any insurance plan
Hours:
Regular hours:
Mon – Fri: 9am – 5pm
Sat – Sun: 11am – 3pm
After hours: if the campervan is dropped or picked up after hours it will cost $39 extra / each
Mon – Fri: 7am – 9am / 5pm – 8pm
Sat – Sun: 8am – 10am / 5pm – 8pm
If the campervan is dropped off after 8pm after, customer will be charged for an extra day of rental
Use of the vehicle:

– The renter undertakes that, during the Rental Period, the vehicle will not be: a) Driven by any person that is not approved as a driver by Ondevan’s insurance provider b) Driven in an imprudent and dangerous way. c) Driven by a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs. d) Left with the key inside the vehicle, while unoccupied. e) Damaged by submersion in water, contact with salt water, driving through flooded areas and beach driving. f) Used for any race, contest or any illegal activities. g) Used to tow any vehicle. h) Used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward. i) Used to carry a number of passengers superior to the maximum capacity permitted by law. j) Used to carry hazard materials, volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material, apart from the gas provided by the Rental Firm. k) Used for the purpose of transporting and haulage goods other than what might be reasonably expected of a leisure rental. l) Install accessories and advertising or commercial mentions. m) driven off-road, on closed roads, or roads not suited for the rented vehicle according to local laws and regulation. 2) The Rental Firm shall not be responsible for any of the consequences, nor for any damage, loss and/or other costs resulting from the renter not acting in conformity with the aforementioned points (a) to (l). 3) The renter acknowledges that the Rental Firm retains the title of the Vehicle at all times and shall not agree, attempt, offer or purport to sell, sub-let, lend or mortgage the vehicle to any other party. 4) The renter shall not make any modifications or additions to the vehicle, without prior written consent from the Rental Firm. 5) The renter shall take all reasonable steps to properly maintain the vehicle, including, daily checks of the Oil, Water and Batteries, and will contact the Rental Firm if vehicle warning lights indicate any potential malfunction. 7) This Rental Agreement will be immediately terminated and the booking will be canceled without any need of judicial intervention, if the vehicle is used in any terms that constitute a violation of this Rental Agreement or the commission of a crime.
Cancelation policy:
50% refund up to 14 days before pick up. After 14 days there are no refunds.
If the confirmed booking is cancelled within 24 hours after the booking has been made, a full refund will be issued minus a $100 processing fee. (This full refund is not available if you are booking a rental within the next 14 days.)
